Bistro At Canyons, is the latest addition to the culinary family at Canyons Resort and is conveniently located at the Silverado Lodge. What sets this restaurant apart is that Bistro is the only certified kosher restaurant open all ski season long at any resort in the nation. Bistro offers some of the most delicious kosher cuisine this side of the Rockies. Orthodox synagogue services are available in the Shul adjacent to Bistro every Friday night and Saturday.

• The Grand Summit is located approximately 61.5' away from the Orange Bubble Express, the only lift of its kind in the US. One can't get any more ski in/ski out then that! In addition, the Hotel is located at the base (approx 89.5' away) of the Red Pine gondola offering a second mode of transport up-mountain. An average of 355 inches of snow blankets Canyons' nine (9) peaks every year. Nineteen (19) lifts provide access to 182 trails on 4,000 acres. Trails are available for all skier levels, particularly intermediate and advanced. Snowboarders and skiers alike enjoy an expansive terrain park, bowls and six (6) natural half pipes.
• Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley both within six miles of Canyons, offer a combined total of 188 trails on more than 5,000 skiable acres. The White Pine Nordic Center, three miles from Canyons, offers cross-country ski trails and guided back country skiing and snowshoeing tours. The public Park City Golf Course is three miles from the hotel.
