General Information
• The Windsor Pool is now heated
• Resort Transportation: round trip airport transfers included.
• Orientation: Twice Daily at 10:00am and 5:00pm, beginning in the Royal Theater.
• Ambassadors: Available for non-English speaking guests, including European and Japanese.
• Nurses Station: Open daily from 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Doctor on call 24 hours.
• Tipping: Tipping is not allowed on property for any employees, with the exception of the butlers.

• Military rates are now available to those who qualify for all Sandals Resorts.
Sandals Cay Guests can visit the beautiful offshore island, Sandals Cay. Features on the island include fresh water pool, swim up pool bar, Jacuzzi, and restaurant, Cafe Goombay. Ferries run every hour on the hour, beginning at 10:00am. Ferries return from the island every ten minutes of the hour (i.e. 11:50am), with the last ferry returning at 4:00pm.
Suite Concierge Program
• The Suite Concierge Center opens daily with a dedicated Concierge staff to assist with requests including island tours, car rentals and just about anything you need.
• Preferred check-in for all guests booked in concierge accommodations either in the Suite or at the Suite Center including Champagne upon arrival.
• In-Suite bars with scotch, gin, vodka, rum, beer, red & white wine, champagne and assorted soft drinks.
• Use of his/her plush cloth robes.
