Fare Nui Gourmet Restaurant, Open-air restaurant. Its rotunda and terrace overlook the lagoon. It is open for buffet breakfast. A gourmet menu is served at dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. MONDAYS: TAHITI NIGHT, At 7:00pm, on the main beach, buffet style, Tahitian specialties, lobster Bellevue, marinated fish, fried parrot fish fillet bread crumbed with grated coconut, green papaya salad with fresh squeezed lemon, local pastries and exotic fruits. A great show entertains that night starting with a pareu show polyphonical songs, a unique way to discover the many-facetted Polynesian cultural life. WEDNESDAYS: BARBECUE NIGHT, At 7:00pm, on the main beach, a large buffet of varied crispy salads, meat and fish from the grill, a great deal of dessert. The evening is entertained with a Polynesian Dance show.
