Porterage

Departure Cleaning Fee There is a mandatory departure cleaning fee that the guests are responsible for. Guests must pay directly to hotel upon departure. There will be no scheduled service during guests stay. Daily maid service will be available for an additional fee.  

 

 

Check-in:  

• The Check-In Office for Aston Shores at Waikoloa is relocating to a more convenient location at the Queens' Marketplace Shopping Center, located less than a mile from the current office space. Please be assured that this move will not affect the continued business operations and quality of service.  

New Office Address:  

• Aston Hotels & Resorts 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive Suite#2607 (2F7), Waikoloa, HI 96738 All arrivals should check-in at the new location at Queens' Marketplace during the office hours 7:00am to 7:00pm HST daily. All guests that anticipate arriving after the office hours, should please contact the office to receive the late arrival instructions (gate code/lock box code/maps, etc).  

Please look for the Aston Hotels & Resorts office located on the 2nd floor above the Food Court of the Queens Marketplace. There is plenty of parking in the back of the shopping center and an elevator to get to the 2nd floor.
